25 Years at City Hall

Me, the Mayor and Kirby on my 25th Anniversary, Thursday, March 25, 2010.

Tony brought me the best Red Velvet cake to help celebrate. Kirby got in the picture with me.

My 50th birthday on January 12, 2010.

Kirby's 50th birthday celebration at City Hall.

Here are several old office pictures from City Hall over the years.

Jeff, Pinky, Fay, Kirby, me and Irran had a picture for some reason.

Kirby, Angie, Fay, me and Irran standing in front of the AS400.

Kirby, Ruth, me and Irran decorated our office door for Christmas and won a contest.

This last picture is me and Brian Greer back in 1990 at City Hall.

My Sister, Shara's 45th Birthday

On Shara's 45th birthday, Keri, Mandi, Jake and Sam met her for lunch. Shara had brought Jake and Sam each a Mickey Mouse from her trip to Disney World. Looks like Sam was trying to say something to her and Jake sees something on the table he wants.

I am so blessed! My daughters Keri and Mandi are so beautiful and so sweet and they have both given me the cutest little grandsons; Sam and Jake. I wish I could have been there too for Shara's birthday. Thanks girls, for remembering my sister.

Visit to Nonna's Sunday Afternoon

This is a picture of me in my rocking chair when I was 2 or 3 years old in the 1960s. I still have that rocker.

This is Keri with the rocker in the 1980s.

This is Mandi with the rocker in the 1980s.
I couldn't wait for one of my grandsons to try it out. Jake's not sitting up well enough to sit in it alone, but I held him so we could get a shot of him in it.

Jake and Mandi got to visit with Mama Jean Sunday at my house and it was sort of warm enough to sit outside on the porch during their visit. Tony got a cool shot of all our hands, Jake, Mandi, me and mother's. I think my hands look older than mother's and she's 30 years older than me. Wonder what Jake is thinking...

Jake learning to eat baby food

Not sure what he is eating and he's not sure if he likes it.

Daddy you missed my mouth.

Yummy, give me some more of that apple sauce.

Sam's Dedication

Keri and Mike had Sam dedicated. We all met at the church for the dedication and out to a restaurant for lunch. This is a picture of all that came from Keri's side of the family. Left to right is Mandi, Jared, holding Jake, Tony behind them, then mother, Hannah, me and behind me Shara, Keri, holding Sam, Steve behind them and Mike.

Mike's family, left to right is Brook, Melonie, Johnny, holding Evans, Jeff behind them, Karen and Mary, Susan behind them, then Keri, holding Sam and Mike.

I thought this picture was the sweetest of Sam.

This is Sam's sweet little feet with his mom and dad's wedding rings hanging on his toes.
